Shipping Policy
At Based Forge Empire, every item is made to order through our trusted print-on-demand partners. This allows us to offer a wide range of designs without holding inventory, but it also means production and shipping times are longer than traditional retail.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). This includes printing, quality control, and packaging. During peak seasons (holidays, major launches), processing may take up to 10 business days.
Shipping Times Once your order ships, delivery times are as follows:

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders $75 and over. Orders under $75 will be charged a flat shipping rate at checkout.
Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled and shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
International Shipping We currently ship to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Please note:
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are the responsibility of the customer.
- Delivery times are estimates only and can vary due to customs processing.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.
Holidays & Peak Seasons Shipping may be delayed during major U.S. holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, etc.) and during high-volume periods. We will do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
Returns & Exchanges Full Return Policy here
We will offer full refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with our production partner to resolve it.
All other returns and refunds will be subject to the return policy.
